HAPPY HALLOWEEN

It`s late and we’re sleepy,
The air is bloodless and still.
Our jack-o-lantern grins at us
Upon the window sill.
We`re stuffed with cake and sweet
And we`ve had a variety of a laugh,
But now it`s time to visit bed
And dream of all we`ve achieved.
We`ll dream of ghosts and goblins
And of witches that we`ve seen,
And we`ll dream of trick-or-treating
On this satisfied Halloween.

Jack-O-Lantern

(Tune: Did You Ever See a Lassie?)
Oh, once I had a pumpkin, a pumpkin, a pumpkin
Oh, once I had a pumpkin, with no face at all
With no eyes and no nose and no mouth and no
teeth
Oh, once I had a pumpkin with no face all
So I made a jack-o-lantern, jack-o-lantern,
jack-o-lantern
So I made a jack-o-lantern with a big funny face
With big eyes and a big nose and big mouth
and big teeth
So I made a jack-o-lantern with a big funny face

GHOST BUS

Underneath the lamp submit,
In the nighttime,
A ghost bus make a silent stop,
An unusual and fearful sight.

At the bus moonlight at your nook,
Something huge and inexperienced climbed down.
It’s looking for your bedroom,
And it has searched throughout the city.

You thought it couldn’t find you,
That you were safe and you had been sound.
Your concept that you may hide,
Where you never might be located.

But now it’s almost right here,
You are aware of it loves the dark of night time.
There’s best one component you may do,
Quick! Turn at the light!

Monsters

There are monsters everywhere,
Monsters wandering in my hair,
Monsters at the nook stair,
Monsters within the rocking chair,
Monsters going up the wall,
Monsters which are very tall,
If I caught them in a group,
I’d have monster stew for lunch.
I made a humorous pumpkin face
For every body to look.
It regarded so very massive and cross
It even anxious me.

THE NIGHT OF HALLOWEEN

The Harvest moon fills the sky
A wicked witch is going flying by

Ghosts and goblins..Skeleton’s too.
Moaning and groaning, anticipating you

Black cats prowl the graveyard plots
Witches cook in cauldron pots

Cemetery ghouls roam the ground
Not one unopened grave is observed

Tombstones are an eerie sight
Shadows dance in full moonlight

The haunted house on the hill
Walk in there and you get a chill

Jack-o-lanterns eyes so shiny
Trick or Treaters scream in fright

It’s a time like you’ve by no means seen
Tonight’s the night of Halloween.

Ghosts

I assume I’ll put on a sheet,
A huge, white, ghostly sheet;
And cross about on Halloween
To scare the parents I meet.
I’ll be absolutely covered up –
All white from head to toes,
And I don’t assume they will ever guess
That I’m internal that sheet.
Five little jack-o-lanterns sitting on a gate,
The first one stated, “Oh, my! It’s
getting late.”
The second one stated, “There’s witches
within the air.”
The 0.33 one stated, “We don’t care.”
The fourth one said, “Let’s run, let’s run.”
The fifth one said, “Let’s stay and
have a few a laugh!”

The Hallowe’en Surprise

Dad and I shopped for a pumpkin
To carve for Halloween.
The one we bought changed into round and fats,
The pleasant we’d ever seen.
We took it home, and thoroughly
My dad reduce off the top.
We scooped the gloppy seeds all out
Onto paper – plop, plop, plop!
Next, Dad cut out the eyes and mouth,
Then he reduce out the nostril.
He winked at me and then he said,
‘He’ll be bald, I assume.’
I laughed and stated, ‘Oh, Daddy,
Jack-o-lanterns’ heads are bare.
I’ve never seen a unmarried one
That had a head of hair!’
Then we took our pumpkin outside
With a candle for its mild.
Our jolly jack-o-lantern glowed
So brightly within the night.
Long after I had long gone to mattress,
Snowflakes began to fall.
They covered up the timber
And the lawn and the wall.
In the morning I ran out to see
If my pumpkin became nonetheless there.
I determined him sitting at the porch –
But now he had white hair!
